Low rail pressure

Strange PacBrake failure?

It is in the rail. It's a spring loaded valve, and the do weaken/fail.

Call Todd at TC Diesel, he can get you a new one and help diagnose the issue.
 
Fuel pressure regulator is usually another name for the FCA.

The rail PRV can easily be tested to see if it is bad. Remove the banjo from the top and bad the line end, clean the PRV well with a cleaner and blow dry. At operating temp start the truck, unplug the FCA connection for 20-30 seconds. If the PRV well is still dry it is good, if there is any fluid the spring is weak or the seat etched.

TC Diesel cna get them a lot cheaper than the OE if needed.
