Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit

I Replaced My Vp44 Due To Codes 1689,0215 And Engine Would Just Die But Restart With Cel. 2,000 Miles Later Get Same Issue. i Have Read Alot About Code 0216 But Not Much On 215 And The Repair Man. Refers To The Engine Manament Man. Which I Do Not Have. i Have A Scanner But Not Really Sure What Iam Looking At. tonight I Swaped The Fuel System Relay With The Horn Relay As It Seamed They Are The Same. any Advise Would Be Greatful.

same thing with diff. relay. something else that is odd is that the wait to start lamp will not stay on long even thou its 45 ish inside garage ,cel will come on and lift pump will run with the key on engine off?(25-35 sec)engine will stall/quit running 1 out of 20times,restarts and runs normal other than 1689 and 0215. i have cleared codes several times and they keep comming back. one more thing,iat reads 106 degrees while batt/ambent is at 45ish. is this normal on an cold engine sitting over night inside a garage not pluged in?
