Exactly... I believe even the new in-tank pump is a bandaid and not a real solution.

They have yet to remedy the problem... . get a fass pump or equiv. and solve the problem once and for all. I have the 150g fass w/o the filters and I run 19 idle and 14 wot with comp on 5x5. Guess they don't plan on big hp from the factory :-laf

I consider the RASP as a final fix. Not OEM though , probably will never be an OEM fix as qn ever decreasing number of the 2nd gens are out there than there were at the end of the 02 production, and they did not think it serious enough then.



I think the in tank pump came about because of the 3rd gens and it just happen to be adaptable also to the 2nd gens, but not a 2nd gen only "fix".
