I've just recently been through a similar experience and now appear to have it fixed. Mine was throwing codes P0193 (fuel rail pressure sensor voltage high) and P0236 (Turbo Boost Sensor A-Circuit Range / Performance). It started doing it about every 60-75 miles the first day, and each episode was was accompanied with a very brief rough idle and audible engine knock. I immediately shut it down each time, and it would immediately restart without similar issues. I had never had this happen before, but do have 255,000 miles on the truck with original injectors. I tried to self-diagnose the problem, and ended up disconnecting my Edge E-Z (as I see you have one) to see if it played a role. Engine ran extremely smooth, and never missed a beat or threw another code over the next 1200 miles. I called Edge Products, explained the symptoms and codes thrown. Their tech fellow was very helpful and acknowledged that those codes could indeed be related to the EZ module and it may have had an internal failure. As my EZ unit had been on my truck for over 8 years / 255, 000 miles, I sent it in to them and obtained a new replacement for a greatly reduced price. I re-installed it this past week and have had no further problems with codes or performance in several hundred miles of driving. At this point, I feel the whole issue was related to my Edge EZ.
I would suggest trying yours without the EZ connected and see if you get more code activations. If you do, then as others have suggested, try changing out your rail pressure sensor and go from there.
Hope this info is of some help to you, and good luck with it!
Regards,
Mark
