Well We modified BOSCH FCAs to fit JD/Denso pumps, BC JD wants $525.00 for them we sell the modded Bosch for $225.00, The JD owners tell me Our modded FCA last twice+ as long as Denso FCAs.

JD use to Have 80% of all Forestry equipment that % is down and still slipping...I know 1 Timber company that bleed's green but NOT anymore, He could predict engine failure within 50-100Hrs at 3800hrs on all his Skidders and at $350K each he was PO, He's Now Cat.

Having hard starts again...... bout time to get er dun!
 
Here's a picture of a burr left in cross tube, All 6 injectors were Immediately Destroyed form poor machine Work.......

No, i will not put cheap'ohs in my Ram, i have some brand new, a bit larger then stock injectors & new cross tubes.
I cant tell where i got them as its a 'new' model for this company....
When i can say i will.

stay with stock injectors, the smarty jr removes the third injection pulse and places the fueling in the second where it belongs, the jr will get you 435 hp on stock nozzles, you already have the air, the 62-65 is the best

I have the Smarty Touch and am having AH64ID write a Udc Pro tune for me, he can shorten the pre AND main pulse to keep the hp at a 'needed' level. ;) The 3rd is OFF....
Yes, mine are a little larger then stock.

He [John] has 90 hp injectors and has 400+ rwhp w/Udc Pro
Takes custom tuning to do this though......

Just looking at your sig.... my turbo is a moded 351 & i expect you have a s300 something??? prob larger exh housing then mine....

Got her done this afternoon and she fired up with a roar! Runs more like a bigger truck, more 'heavy diesel' sound then before.
No leaks as of yet. Prob will not drive much till monday....

Thanks to sag2 and TC Diesel for their ''how to'' articles on injector swapping.
 
With return numbers that high I suspect you are doing the test incorrectly. Are you using the Miller 9012 special tool to separate the pump return from the injector return. At you rate it should not start at all.
 
Hey, when i swapped my injectors,.. i was told [not on here] that if i dont loosen the jam nut on the exh rocker assembly; that i dont need to adjust valve lash.
I had my shop do adjust the valves for me just a few weeks prior.
Is this true or???
