Fuel Return

The original fuel return line in my truck was 1/4" OD, but I noticed that the CTD has a 3/8" return. Any issues with stepping down a size?

The stock line on my 4bt was 3/16", so I would think you should be okay using 1/4" on a 6bt.



I actually had to go to three places before I found 3/16" fuel line. Nobody carries anything that small.

Mine is etiher 5/16 or 1/4" and is working fine. I did put a buch of wire ties on it because it was moving with every pulse of the pump and I didn't want it to chafe.
