Need to go to auto parts store for relays, They are a little big for Radio Shak to handle :-laf . I went to truck parts store and got mine.

An electronics store will have them. Not an electronics toy store like Radio Shack has become, but a place that sells components. If I need one I buy it at Redwood Electronics here in Eureka.

I have had mine for this whole season. Are you using it for the pullin coil?? I would think these would be adequate for the hold in coil.

The hold coil is connected directly to the ignition on circuit. No relay. The relay in question is for the pull on circuit. The 30 amp will work ok if the engine starts quickly.

Thanks for all the help. I went to NAPA and got the relays and I stillhave to turn on the key and manually pull up on lever to start it. Maybe I'm not getting enough power to them. Will check it tomorrow. Thanks again

If you replaced the two relays on the firewall, one of them is the fuel heater relay. The next thing to check is the blue wire on the postive post of the driver's side battery. It is a fusible link. It may be corroded or lose or broken.
