HELP!!!!

Fuel solenoid will not pull in on it's own. There are two relays on the firewall next to the vacuum tank for the brakes They are side by side. A small one closer toi the center of the car and a larger one closer to the vacuum tank... . WHICH ONE GETS REPLACED FOR THE FUEL SOLENOID

PLEASSE HELP I WAS TOLD AT ONE TIME IT WAS THE SMALL ONE AND EVEN GOT A NUMBER FOR A RADIO SHSACK REPACEMENT

Solenoid still will not pull up... now my mechanic is telling me it is the LARGER RELAY WHICH ONE IS IT>

TRUCK IN SHOP RIGHT NOW

The one on the right as you face the firewall from the front is the fuel shut-off solenoid, and the one on the left is the fuel heater relay on my 1998. It is pictured at page 14-99 in my 1998 Chrysler Service Manual. Nick.

Problem solved ...THANK YOU

Thank you for your response

I was told several times that the other relay was the one so I spent a lot of time on it, I was even given the part number for a radio shack replacement supposedly for the fuel solenioid relay

But hey we all make mistakes The problem has been solved and everything works and I am buying a new relay from Dodge for $43+ tx.

The old relay is working for now.

Thanks again everyone
