the last time I fixed it it was the stealth cover connection.

Thats why I asked about it. It is a very sensitive connection and MUST be flawless to work smoothly. if your not worried about warranty splice/solder the tap wire and be done with it.

My engine will buck when i lug it with the injectors i got.



If you got a 12 PSI of pressure all the time, you got plenty of supply pressure and volume as it takes a restriction of flow to make pressure. AND takes an excess of volume to maintain pressure under load.



I might suggest checking your injectors…. . especially if you didn’t get them popped off when you installed those nozzles (Unless you got the full units).

I got the full units. I'm planning on tapping the wire. Did some checking warranty just ran out.

OK soldered wire no doubt a good connection. Had the trailer on tonight and yet still bucking. Still the same symptoms runs fine on stock. This time I disenabled the backdown just in case no help. The only thing I did notice was that it only seemed to do it over 25psi of boost on any level, but I can hit 30psi of boost on stock and runs fine

I think you've tried hard enough to rule all else out. So contact edge and talk to them, be patient as they will ask everything we did but if it STILL only bucks with edge on, seems you've eliminated all else at this point.

Have you talked to EDGE?

The last time I talked to them they didn't know so I got them to send me a whole new unit and it did the same thing. That was last spring summer time, but it sat in the garage for two month waiting on a motor (block 53). Did it with old and new motor.

stupid question maybe but is the new block well grounded?

Yep ground wire right to block. Even checked with a meter batt. to frame, block, and pump.

I just went back and re-read this thread. where do you have your fuel pressure guage connected? it needs to be at the inlet to the VP44 or at least on that line to get most accurate readings.

Yeah it's on the inlet of the VP. I got the fuel line upgrade from the filter to pump with the fitting that lets you screw the sensor in.

I've been doing alot of reading and talking and with all the suggestion and checking. I'm afraid to think it but I think my VP might be going not sure hopefully I'm wrong, but with everything we checked it makes a little sense. I guess time will tell. Thanks for the help.
