well if you have red my other posts you'll see i have been having fuel issues. one problem that i dont think is related but might be is my fuel tank is becoming severly pressurized. 30 seconds of idleing and it will start hissing out of the tank take the cap off fast enough and it will blow out of your hand. also im getting white smoke coming out of the tank. any ideas whats doing it

does it idle rough? could it be a stuck injector letting compression back through the fuel system? now that i think of it it could be a cracked injector bleeding compression into the return line. disconnect the return line and let it run into a jug and see if there is alot of pressure and smoke, then (with a cold engine) disconnect the return lines from all the injectors and have someone start the truck and look for the injector spitting fuel and compression, pull it and replace it. let us know if this helps

it did idle rough but ran smooth an injector problem like that would create a constant miss though would it not? i will do this. i just did injectors and one was very hard to put in and i may have just cracked it. ill try this check.

was it doing this before the new injectors? the injector is probably still firing, just letting compression into the fuel return line. theese engines create thousands of psi when the fuel ignite so a very tiny crack would let a large amount of pressure through.

thing is it idled smooth when i first did the injectors also it tends to idle smooth. i started noticing the rough idle when i had injector pump issues i dont know if its ip/bad fuel or the injector. i dont know if that changes anything. also i do not know for sure if it was doing this before i had bad fuel problems starting to show. i only noticed it after the bad fuel showed up.

Try doing a search on pressurized fuel tanks. I remember somebody having this problem on here a couple of years ago, but I don't remember what they found.

well i installed my jammer 5 nozzles . . . the install went pretty smooth except for #5 wich did not wanna go it at all. ended up forcing it in(i know not good but... ). . .

Sounds like an injector install gone south:
