Hello. I have a 97 Dodge Cummins 4x4 x-cab auto. I had to remove the fuel tank due to a leaking fuel line. Unfortuneately while removing the tank I broke off a plastic fitting on the fuel sending unit assembly trying to remove the fuel line. Two questions: #1. Is there a special tool for removing these fittings? If you don't have a tool what is the trick for removing them without damaging anything? #2. When I reconnect the tank I'm now not sure which line goes where. Looking at the fuel lines attached to the frame, is the fuel line above the return line or vise versa? Thanks in advance for any info.
