Hello, what's the best option for replacing the sending unit on my fuel tank. I have the small FASS installed. I just used the included equipment during the install. I figure now would be a good time to handle everything while I'm in there. It seems like I remember a company offering a sending unit with upgraded fuel lines and the like. I can't remember who was doing it. What the general consensus for fixing/upgrading. I'd like my fuel gauge working again.

ISSPRO was coming out with a replacement sending unit kit. I haven't heard much about it for quite awhile. You might give them a call.

No, there is also that option. One of the ISSPRO reps had a thread on one of the forums some time back. They were developing a kit that sounded pretty good. I can't remember the electrical terminology they used.

Personally I opted for a capacitance type sender and retrofit my tank with it from Centroid. Mine is still working fine though in the below thread at least one had problems with it. In a thread where I outlined what I did years ago Michael Pliska From Isspro made mention of a new kit from Isspro but I never heard anything more about it.

post 18 Michael makes mention of it. Perhaps a search on his posts would reveal a later thread with more info.

perhaps it is this from Isspro
http://isspro.mybigcommerce.com/ra9514-iss/ looks like they make quite a few however based on my tank the 14 inch or maybe the 15 inch would work. Have not used them so unsure.
