Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel tank sump

Just wondering if anyone is using the Diesel Innovations fuel sump they offer for the Ferds? It's a pricey little unit but seems to be the ticket for getting more head pressure for the relocated lift pumps.

Wow I can't believe no one is using this. Is there something wrong with it?

Sump

I modified my fuel module and it helped alot, but a sump would be easier to feed a pump of your choice. The only thing that might be a negative would be that it is mounted under the tank and may get hit by something.

Where would it be mounted on the tank front, rear or in the middle?

I assume it mounts near the front in the bottom.
