Tried a couple of times to drain the separator and nothing came out of it. Left the handle up, in the open position and turned the key on and had fuel.

Anybody have any thoughts?

i drained mine a few times. not that i had to. but it did take a minute before it would start to drain. and you seems you have to have the handle all the wall up. i didnt the first time and it didnt drain.

Flip the lever a couple times and it will come out... ... ... ... word to the wise, make sure you get it shut before driving off :{ me learned

For most of us, you have to break the vaccum before the fuel will flow out of the drain. Some have reported to be able to drain the fuel by only lifting the drain lever. Try this... lift the drain lever then push in the Schrader valve which is located at the fuel filter inlet. You should then see fuel drain from the bowl.

Oh yeah, WELCOME ABOARD !!!!
