Mike this would be better in the 3rd gen forum engine and trans. But to answer you question there should a Power Distribution Center under the hood driver's side fender near the battery (at least that's where it is in the 2nd generation and I've only seen a third gen engine compartment for about 10 seconds one time).

Don't know if you have a "Fuel relay" ECM controls lift pump.
