Fumoto Oil Drain Valve - What's Your Opinion?

I just can't bring myself to trust a $10 valve to keep me (or some sick SOB walking past my truck) from trashing out a $6000 CTD.

There's an awful lot of $0. 03 seals that you're trusting now.

I have the one from Geno's, whichever it is. Leaks less than the factory plug. I've never had a clean oil pan bottom unitl I installed the EZ drain. Probably could have gotten that with just a new seal.

I don't go offroading so I don't worry aobut accidentally opening it.

My friend on the Big Island has them installed on all four of his CTD's. He does some serious four wheelin' over there as they have lots of open space. To date;nothing,but admittedly no cornstalks. Lava rock,indigenous plants,goats and wild pigs that's all.
