Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) funny cruise control

On the 01. 5 six speed with the Cummins Exhaust Brake, the position of the go pedal is picked up from the ECM, not from micro-switch under the pedal. Problem could also be a sticking relay which is in the power dist. panel under the hood.

J-brake = Jake Brake, slang for exhaust brake.
