Fuse Avilability???

Hi,

I have a 1999 2500 Cummins.

I need to know where to order the fuses found in the power box on th drivers side of my vehicle... . they are square in shape, but a little bigger than the other little sqare ones... (sorry for all the technical language here)

These fuses are very had for me to find around here. . at any aftermarket place. . I ended up going to the dealer and paying 3. 50 a piece for them... I need to get a few backups and do not wish to be assaluted like that again,... it still hurts. . just look at my spelling...

Try your local NAPA dealer. The ones around her all have them. I havn't needed to buy them yet, but I should do so to have some spares when I am on the road.

They are also available at PEP Boys. .
They are called PAL fuses.

I tried every parts dealer within 50 miles of me, they all said it was a dealer only fuse on my 2001. $5 a piece.

I also saw them in Jeggs,and the Summit Racing catalog. I think they were $2. 50.

At last RMTDR meeting another member and myself were discussing them. I had some extras that I purchased from dealer. On the way home he bought his at PEP Boys. I think around 2. 50
