2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fuse Blow - Flasher/Turn

The 20A turn fuse and the 20A hazard fuse are blowing together. Time to start troubleshooting. Has anyone seen this?

No. It could be wires shorting out or the multi-function switch is really messed up (usually it only does weird things or one of the functions doesn't work).
