FYI: Web site problems

Firefox v45.7.0 renders <ENTER> as a space when composing a reply; chrome seems to be OK. But after submitting, the newlines render as expected. (Oh, great; creating this thread, <ENTER> works correctly.)

Also, in this forum's page, the upper 'post new thread' button works, but the lower one does not. True in this FF as well as chromium "Version 56.0.2924.76 Built on 8.7, running on Debian 8.7 (64-bit)".
