G-56,2007 vs. 2012

Is there a difference in the 2007 G56 compared to the 2012 G56?, I just looked up the capacities and my 07 takes 12. 6 pints,and the 2012 says it takes 9. 9 pints, What's up with this?, Monte

The G56 in my 12 seems to be the same as the 05 that I had both take around 6. 5 qts.
