When I lived in Gardnerville & before we moved 4 months ago I knew of no place selling it in Carson Valley, only Reno area.

Actually I did some poking around and found the AM/PM in Carson City carries it. They also stated they had a potential vendor in Minden but nothing had been carved in stone yet.



Can't wait to move to Gardnerville full time. I may get froggy and make some changes to my exhaust system.
 
I got some today. 5¢ a gallon cheaper than the truck stop next door. Only put a half tank in. I didnt see a real difference in MPG. Drove 225 miles but not the same route. Power seams the same.
 
I have to wonder if the improved performance is due to a shorter ignition delay and the subsequent advance in timing. That's fine if it is, but if you already have your timing advanced very far (perhaps to maximize mileage with regular diesel) then a shorter ignition delay may advance your timing too much. Sounds good though. Won't help me here in Georgia.
