06 g56 I put a SBC con OFE in it at 60,000 I now have 170,000 miles on the truck with no issues with the clutch or transmission.
Got stuck last night and was pretty hard on it, slamming 1st to rev.
Dumped the clutch in 3rd and slipped the clutch pretty bad.

This morning its VERY hard to get in to Reverse, 1st or 2nd at idle. When I put the clutch to the floor while trying to shift in to 1st the truck will rock slightly forward.

Clutch seems to hold power when driving, havent been able to much testing as of yet.

So I was thinking syncros but maybe its the clutch?
 
Local shop tore it all apart replaced clutch with a South Bend OFE, resurfaced flywheel. Transmission shop tore down my G56 and it all checked out good.
It shifted and worked great for about a month now its back to not wanting to shift very well into 1st and Reverse.
Replaced hydros with South Bend HD, didn't fix it.

Ideas?
