Hey I heard that delay on the new transmission is the retrofit from DC. They are placing a "catch pan" about 3 feet behind the trans for when they explode. :-laf :-laf

OK I know that was cruel but I couldn't resist. Please don't throw me off the board.

No, I think the "retro-fit" is a front mounted trailer hitch and tow bar, and a giant foam thumb to hitch a ride.

Crazy fools at DC. Wouldn't it be faster to buy the "retro-fit Kit" from ford. Maybe they could package it with fancy tailgate heaters to keep the pushers hands toasty.

..... or they could just throw a tow strap in the flip-down console. I know - the bean counters probably won't let them spend that much money.
