gages.......help fast! Please.

I am taking delivery on Friday of my 2001 Cummins and I need help on the gages.
I know I will 'bomb' it to some extent (at least Diablo puck and 275 injectors), so I want a boost gage that will go to the 50-60 psi range and an EGT gage. The problem I am finding is that I cannot locate a boost gage that will go to 50-60 psi. I want gages that are close to the stock gages in color------black background with white numerals. My installer is telling me he has talked to VDO and ISPRO with no results... . their boost gages only go to 30 psi. So... . help me, please! Who makes a boost gage with black background and white numerals that goes to 50-60 psi?

check out the DiPricol guages at www.tstproducts.com, they have a 60lb boost guage and they light up really well. Hope this helps.

Two things:

Seriously, your installer should be replaced! Isspro does make a higher boost gauge than 30 psig. I have 3 Isspro gauges and I like them. Gauges are an excellent addition to your new truck. Get the High temperature TC for pre-turbo applications. Also they have a nice plug option if you order it. Again, don't let anyone who does not know exactly what they are doing touch your new truck.

Which brings me to the second thing. Do you have a good friend who is a service manager for your dealer or what? You are going to BOMB a new truck before you even know if there are any factory defects to wring out. Too many members with unmodified trucks have a hard time getting justice under warranty.

Autometer makes 0-60psi boost gauges in the Sport Comp series which look very close to stock. You can order the blue bulb covers and the lighting will match too. www.jannettyracing.com stocks them
Autometer also has a matching EGT gauge in 0-1600 degrees. Order the Competition Thermocouple with it.
