check the second editorial in today's Wall Street Journal if you don't think the government is behid major supply disruptions and fuel expense spikes, especially in the midwest where trucks are now sitting on the side of the road for lack of fuel. According to the WSJ, the situation is going to get much worse in October when the ULSD regulations goes into full effect.
