I get 20 - 22 mpg average on my daily commute (figured many times). I drive between 65 and 70, I have a long downhill going to work and that same uphill on the way home. I rarely get to take advantage of the downhill as the traffic keeps me from coasting. I use the cruise control religiously... and my truck is a 6-speed with 4. 10 gears.
