Gateline Schedule?

I see that my new 600 went to D1 gateline schedule today,3-26-04. Does this mean that the truck was built today or what? If not, what does this mean? Thanks!

All it means is that your truck has been scheduled to be built... . if reason records hold, your truck should get built in about 2 weeks.

Yep thats right. Mine went gateline March 13th, then KZ plant release on March 25th w/ a 6 speed.

That's great Brad. Mine STILL in Baltimore 9 days now. Spent two hours at the dealer yesterday, and they can't tell me jack.



Another dealer near me has 4 600s, all 6-speeds, and believe me, I'm about ready to walk and see what kind of a deal I could get on one, because my current dealer has not been responsive. Especially, NOT returning calls.

You can track the status yourself by using http://insightnl.extra.daimlerchrysler.com/ and you click on Dealer Login, and enter your dealer's 5 digit code. Click on Vehicle Trace and you can enter your VIN. For convenience, you can set your VIN up in your dealer's Billfold, so that you don't have to enter it each time. All you have to do is login with your dealer's code.



Mine was finally unloaded from the railcar yesterday evening, and is just waiting to be loaded on semi to be delivered from St. Louis.
