Gates Extreme Belt/ Polaris CVT help?

I need help. I have a 2000 Polaris Scrambler 500 that is quite Bombed. I have been looking for the Gates Extreme Kevlar belt part number for it, but no luck. The Polaris belt 3211077 and the Dayco belt 1121 just do not hold up. I am running a HSP 48-40S helix, HSP blue primary spring, and white seccondary spring, and 47. 5g polaris weights. It grabs hard enough to flip the 580# machine with me on it (ever seen a Polaris ATV smoke the tires on the pavement ) , but like I said before the belts are not holding up. Does anyone know the Gates Extreme Part number that is the polaris 3211048, 3211077, or Dayco MAX 1121 equivelant?

I just put a new drive belt on my Magnum 500 and it's a kevlar belt Polaris now sells them and gives you a limited lifetime warranty on the belt.



You might want to try back at the dealer.
