On my fuel isolator from my Dipricol gauges I used the same line for boost and fuel pressure. The line for fuel pressure has anti-freeze in it. The boost only has air pressure.
I have not installed any guages but I would guess that the air brake hose that you mentioned would just be for the boost connection. I don't think that stuff is fuel resistant.
Edit: Sorry I wasn't thinking about from the isolator to the gauge.
