gauge pod?

Hey-

Bought the 3 gauge full a piller for my dads 96 truck. Does the full pod fit over the stock a-piller or can you mount it without the stock apiller? The instructions say mount over stock a piller cover but it doesnt look like it would fit

You can do either. I took the stock a-pillar off one mine, so it's just the gauge pod.

how did you mount it? with long screws into the metal a pillar?

Just put a small screw at the top into the plastic mounting clip that the old a-pillar mounted to. It fits pretty tight at the bottom, but was just a little loose at the top when I put mine in.
