I am looking to get some gauge's this year around xmas time. I have been looking at different makes, I plan on getting the Trans, pyro, and boost gauge in a pillar mount. I have a tweeter so the mount will need to accommodate that speaker. I was wonder what brand of gauge and pillar mounts is the best, price is an important. I can spend in the mid $200?

Just purchased the A-pillar 3 pod. pyro, fuel pressure, boost for a friends 99 and the total bill was $350. The gauges are ISSPRO!

I definately recommend the ISSPRO gauges. I've installed them in two trucks with no difficulties. Just to be different I decided on the second truck(Mine) to go with the Autometer Ultralites. Pain in the $%# to install and the Pyro stuck on the low end. Sent them back and got the ISSPRO's.

As far as where to put them. There is no easy place to locate them that really looks good. The easiest would probably be under the dash... As far as areas that look good, In the first truck we installed up the A-pillar and on the second we did the center mounted Dash Pod(It took about 3 months just to find one). The dash pod is much easier to use while driving and you don't knock your head getting in and out of the truck. If you are tall, the A-pillar gauges have a nasty habit of partially obstructing one another. Niether is really fun to install. Some prefer the A-pillar due to the tricked-out appearance. The dash pod if done right looks like it has always been there but I still get a lot of questions from other Dodge drivers.

I got the Left hand dash pod, covered itwith carpet to match the dash matt, looks great. As to where to find the go to www.dieselpage.com I think tey have about the best price. I have the Isspro EV gauges Pyro, boost, and trans. temp. put a greenlight in them almost a match to the dash lighting.
