2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Gauges again

Should I go with 1/8" probes or 1/4" probes?

The only advantage I can see of one over the other is that in the unlikely event that you mess up drilling and tapping is that with a 1/8'' you have the option of drilling it out to 1/4''.

It's up to you, but I went with the 1/4". My probe came as 1/8" with an adapter. I reckon yours will too.

that is true. mine came with both. i felt the same way about the 1/8 i started at 1/8 and was successful but i always like to have a back up plan when im DRILLING THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

Not a bad idea. I just took my time so I didn't goof. Had no trouble.

1/8 or 1/4"

My ISSPRO T-couple came with a 1/4" NPT probe adapter/compression fitting. Had no problems drilling the manifold.

I took my time and planned out the job.

yeah i planned it out too,. . it was fairly easy and their directions were good, im glad i did it, now i just gotta tackle the transmission
