Gauges and pulling

You all said it and you were right, gauges is the best first mod.



I Pulled 6000 on 11% grade for several miles today and it sure was nice having the SPA digital gauge flash me at the high temp I programed allowing me to dial back the VA L1.



Letting off the pedal works too but staying in it and turning the knob back just felt better.

Once you tow with gauges, you'll wonder how you got along without them. You can keep an eye on EGTs, see how much power you're using, and use the EGT and boost to help get the most MPGs- lower heat and boost = less fuel used.
