Got my isspro gauges finished last night... I love them! Took it for a test drive when done, and then romped on her up a pretty good grade. At WOT I saw 20-21lbs. of boost, 900 on the egt (I forget what the increments are on the egt gauge, I'll have to double check, it coulda been a little higher), and my fuel pressure with the FASS 150gph system was 21. 5psi at idle, and never dropped below 20psi at WOT. I feel so much better knowing what my truck is doing:) On the down side, the plastic ring with the terminals in it on the back of my A-pillar speaker broke off when I went to reinstall it, so I gotta get a new one of those, and now my left outer clearance light doesn't work for some reason. I know its not getting power to it (checked with the volt meter last night), but my wiring from the wire tap all the way up the a pillar is ok, and all the other lights work, so it must be that lights wiring under the head liner (weeee:().

great job, I new here... I only get a steady 8 psi on gauge but the fuel line was increased to 1/2", I don't know if that is normal? I have a FASS 95-1002 pump. I had temp up to 6 or 7 hundred (just got it 2 days ago), previous owner never added boost gauge? Maybe I will have too... .

Doesn't sound normal if you have a FASS pump. Do you have an isolator installed inline to your fp gauge? if so, check to see if you have air in your line between the isolator and fp gauge. It should have coolant in it. If theres to much air, it actually compresses the air and gives you a falsely low reading. If its not that, check your fuel filter. I don't think going to 1/2 in. line would drop the pressure that much, if at all. If all that stuff checks out, then maybe you need to start looking at something with the FASS pump. Maybe also try hooking up a different fp gauge, maybe you have a faulty gauge, but I don't think the mechanical gauges fail all that often.

FP Hookup?

What kind of connections did you use to set up the FP Gauge?

Where did you pick the fuel line up at?

I need to hook mine up with the Fass system. Thanks!

I used a 3/8" brass t fitting, 3/8"-1/8" bushing, and 2 3/8" barbed fittings with 3/8" pipe thread on the opposite ends to make my own t fitting. Put this in the supply line to the IP from the FASS, and then the rest of the fittings, hoses, and gauge isolator were supplyed with my gauge kit. I got the gauge kit from VulcanPerformance... . cheapest place I've found so far. The fittings for the t fitting i got from Napa.
