i installed my pyro and boost over the weekend. the temp on the pyro doing 60 runs around 700 degrees. from a dead stop to wot it runs around 1050 degrees, and the boost at wot is 12-13 . i just ordered a asa air kit, and i was going to order a exhaust thru pinnacle but there still having problems with the fit on the 4x4x auto. so i will keep looking. which is a bummer because they had a good price. whenever i do get a exhaust the next thing will be to dig into the pump. hopefully i will be at sop this year.

If that's all the boost you are getting at 1050*, you have a leak someplace. Is it intercooled? You should fill out your signature so we can help troubleshoot. If you do have an IC, I'd suspect it's bad. My truck wouldn't get over 16 psi, even after I put a 16 housing on. When I hooked up the trailer, egt's went over 1200 in a quickness! That's when I knew I had a problem.

Timing and injectors can cause similar problems, too.

Your peak temps/ boost sound about right for a stock 91-92 IC truck. If a 93 or nonIC truck, you may have issues, or just a pump that was set lower than most. Your cruise EGT sounds a bit high, unless you have a 4x4 x-cab dually with a steel Western Hauler bed (think 8500#). Mine ran about that, with 1. 7mm timing, and the wastegated stock intercooler. I am now at 600deg at 60 with nearer to stock timing (around 1. 5mm- less cyliner pressure, plus I am experimenting with MPG settings).
