Which would you choose? Im getting a slide in camper for free, so the mirrors would come in handy for that, but I don't have any gauges to monitor my boost, pyro or fuel pressure, and I know those are important. . Only reason I threw the air intake into the mix is because I can get one for a real good price. . the catch is I can only afford to do one of these items, so if you had a choice, what would it be? I know what Im leaning toward, but would like to hear from other diesel heads for thier input.

I would go with the mirrors first and then guages then the intake. Reasoning behind it... If you don't have extra horses under the hood you wouldn't need to worry about your temps. With out higher temps you don't need to worry about keeping cooler with an intake so that leaves us with the mirrors. IMO

Scott, if you have a lead foot while towing get the gauges, they'll teach you how to moderate the shifting and rpms. You'll see how more rpms will make less egts on inclines, in the right circumstance.

If you're in no rush to get where you're going, the mirrors would be good.

I have the tow mirrors with no camper or shell and with an open deck car hauler I never need to flip the mirrors up, I see fine. The slide in will make it a bit harder.

The cold air is really nice but not as important as the other two.

I see your point Doug. . My 6x9 mirrors are fine for towing, but with the slide in camper the flip ups will become necessary... . its a tough one. . Im kinda hoping that I'll have enough for both, but we shall see. . Im still deciding if fuel pressure is REALLY needed. . if its not. . I could probably do both the boost/egt and the mirrors.
