I am installing the new ISSPRO EV White faced gauges and i am just wondering if i need any teflon tape on any of the boost fittings and so forth?

Not teflon , anti zease , the copper stuff is best but harder to find , the teflon will not take the heat of manifold other fittings use it .

Anti-seize for the EGT probe, yes. Personally I like the nickel based stuff over the copper (higher temperature). But Teflon is good to at least 275C, so it's no problem to use on the boost fitting.

Some thread sealer is almost always a good idea , but with some things especaly trans. you do not want a peace to come off and get in the trans. so when you use a sealer such as teflon tape make sure that it doesn't go past the threads so it does not have a little to far in to come off and into the trans.

For a Boost Bolt we reccomend some pipe dope or RTV. That Block sealent (link above) looks like it would do very well too. If you're going to do the drill/tap the intake thing, then teflon tape is the ticket. For the Pyrometer thermocouple, use some anti-sieze lube on the threads before final installtion.

No! You do not want to teflon the sender. It will not work. The senders body must be at ground potential for it to register.

That's not the case with ISSPRO gauges. They have 2-wire senders. One of the wires is ground, so they dont need the metal to metal contact like the other brands.

If you have some Milk Of Magnesia at the house, you can use that too. it's another form of anti seize. It's used widely across the aviation industry on hot sections of jet engines.
