I have looked everywhere on my truck and can not find the data plate/sticker that tells me the max. truck weight and the GCVWR etc.

Where is that info located. ???

2004. 5 Laramie quadcab; 3500; DRW; 3. 73; 6 speed; 325/600

Klinger has a link on his site "http://www.klenger.net/dodge/3rd-gen-reference/2004-ram-towing.pdf" that gives the Dodge chart for the 04 towing. The vehicle GAWR and GVWR no. s are on the driver's door. Hope this helps.

The answer is on the last page, 21,000 lbs. 23,000 for the 4. 10's and the SRW and 48RE numbers are the same.

Spec's and lowering

Good job Klenger. That is just what I needed.



I also found your pic's of lowering the rear end. Those are priceless for someone that has never done it.
