GDP Customer service

I have to say that Glacier Diesel Power's customer service is great. We lost fuel pressure running down the interstate, checked all the electrical connections, relays, and hose fittings in the GDP system and couldn't find anything. I figured we would try to reach GDP on a Sunday afternoon, and surely enough he answered the phone, helped us get it fixed on the side of the road with no tools, back on the road and finished the trip. Also said to call and let him know what was wrong and he would send replacement parts. Ended up being a pinched supply line out of the tank, our mistake. This is on a friend of mines '05. The kit is extremely nice, come with everything you need to install, down to zipties and electrical terminals, and color instructions.

Thats good to hear. Sounds like a person/company I would like to do business with in the future. In my older age I look for companys the offer great customer service over a low ball price.

I can agree with Richards service being first rate. I called him to ask a few questions and change an order i had placed online. He took his time to make sure i knew what i was getting and what i should run for fuel pressures. He even threw in a set of fuel regulator shims for nothing. Great company and product
