After reading all of the good things about GDP, I e-mailed and left a phone message. Fast forward 1. 5 weeks still have not heard back. Has anyone else had trouble contacting them? Just curious.

I called him today with a question. His response was to call him anytime, he leaves his phone on 24-7. I will not call a vendor after-hours,but that is nice to know that he is always available. Randy

After connecting with Richard today, I can see why he has such a good rep around here. He was very helpful and gave alot of good information. As soon as I get the funds he will be getting my business!!!

I ordered my pump and 2 micron filter from GDP a coupled a weeks ago. I was going to call to make sure I was getting the right parts ,but after looking at his web page it was pretty self explantory and figured he,s probably a busy guy and I wont bother him and just ordered online. Ten minutes later Richard calls me at home to see if I had any questions and to tell me he,d eat the frieght charges.
