After all my tuning and tweaking on the truck I was left with some turbo chatter at low RPM high boost situations. It was very controllable until I though I needed to do a little grinding on my fuel pin .
Unloaded I could drive it and keep it under control with my right foot, but I hooked a trailer to the pig the other day and it was very hard to keep the turbo chatter down. So once again it was time for an upgrade. I had looked at just cutting a map width slot into the stock housing , but figured I might as well feed a little more air into it while I was at it. I gained a few pounds of max boost, and with current fueling between the 60 mm compressor side and the 16 cm exhaust side egts wouldn't get over 1000 even standing in it in 5 gear. I am very happy with the results. I can actually just throw the fuel to it and let it do its thing without having to let the RPMs build before getting into it. Just to be clear I don't typically drive like this I just wanted to see what she would do after upgrades. Also under normal driving the smoke is no where near this heavy. I listed my fuel mods in the video. Enjoy.
