Thanks for all the help gentlemen.

I got all my fluids swapped out this weekend and it went off without a hitch. To my surprise all the fluids looked brand new and the guy even had the correct Syntorq fluid in the NV4500. (When it came out it was a clearish fluid with a green looking tint, guessing it had to be the right fluid because the stuff I put in looked identical. ) Both front and rear fluids looked brand new and there was very little on the magnet, just a light silver very fine silt material. Transfer case fluid came out bright red and new looking. I was very happy to see the guy had took good maint on all of this. All synthetic went back in.

I also installed my BHAF while I was at it. Cut a template out of cardboard and made a diamond plate heat shield bracket for it. Came out great. I will post pics of the setup on a new thread. Turbo definately makes some more noise now. On my first all highway trip on the truck I averaged 20. 48 mpg. I am pretty happy with that for 4. 10s. I did stay around 63mph on the freeway though.

Its good to be back in a 12v!
