I am just curious what gears i have in my truck. i want to put 35's on it but only if i have 4:10's in it now. if anyone knows what speed at what rpm their truck does and knows their gear ratio, id really appreciate it.

look inside your glove box theres a sticker on the door will tell you what ratio you have now. if you have 4. 10 35 are a good choice. should give you about 200-250 rpm drop. when i was building my jeep i all ways under stood 33"-35" you should run 4. 10.

Odds are you have 3. 73's, 35's are still fine with that gear ratio IMO. If you have 4:10's you would be running well over 2000rpm at 65mph with the stock tires. 3. 73 you would be around 70mph at 2000rpm, give or take a little. The tag in the glovebox will confirm.

thanks guys, ive found that i have the 373's. still want to get the 35's though

They will work fine even with the 3. 73's. Make you want a little more power though. ;)

If you go with the 35's, factor in at least a shift kit in the trans and a preferably a shift enhancer also. Those tires are just a bit too much for the factory setup and it will eventually eat up the direct and forward clutches.
