OK fellas-

I am having my gears changed in the front and rear differentials from 4. 10 to 3. 73. Do I need to change anything else? Do I need to get the ECM reflashed, so the RPM's are correct, or leave it alone?

Yes but it's not really a reflash, just an entry the technician can make using a scan tool.

OK, thanks. Every time I go to the dealership, though, they look at me like I have 3 heads when I ask if they can reflash the ECM, or they say that it will take hours and hours and tons and tons of work.



what language do I need to use to tell them to flash the computer for 3. 73's?
