My truck has 3. 73's and I have 37's on it. I want to change the gears to more closely match the stock tires. Anyone have any suggestions? I do not want to be doing 2500 RPM to keep up with traffic either. Right now I am 1800 RPM doing 65 (at least that is what the speedo says :--) ). I don't know how close the dealer got to calibrating the speedo after installing the tires.

I'd think 4. 10's would help you out... and they're available for the AAM axles. Do a search for a member named klenger. He has a spreadsheet that will calculate rpm for you based on tire size, gear ratio, etc. --Eric

LOL, Thanks Klenger, I found a previous post with the link and downloaded it. Thanks!! I will have to play around with it to see where I want to go.
