No. Put a bit of grease on the gears to help it prime itself, and crank the engine, preferably without injectors in it. You will build pressure fast.

you could also use a pressurized container of oil and feed it through the filter head or through the oil gallery on the left side...

...

you could probably pull out the pressure relief valve on the lube oil cooler and find a proper fitting to adapt it to jic, and pressurize the system through there with a pressurized oil container, that way it would force all the oil through the lube oil filter...
