Sounds like you have several problems at once.

Injectors should not be leaking. The return line could be cracked and that could be the problem?

If you getting fuel coming out of the exhaust, then maybe a injector is stuck open, thats the only thing I can think of.

Ill have to look at the return line again its possible , but i dont think so

Since the fuel comes out of the injector line , i dont know

Thanks

muumn what is this engine running with out the exhaust manifold on a stand or something? to get raw liquid diesel fuel out the exhaust pipe, especially after the turbo you have some serious issues. The pump is not the #1 issue . . if you have that much fuel in there it probably has burned , melted, and scored your pistons and rings too. . not sure if you installed the pump correctly?. . or if you have bad injectors ie blown the tips off of them?. . this is a strange one.

Keep us updated.

Thanks,

Deo

The pump is on the truck , im pulling it and shipping it off to

Bryan Banghart , Im 90% shure any how , unless anouther pump arrises some place for a screamin deal thats ready to bolt and run .

I think this pump hastons of crap in it , i made the dumb mistake

of not flushing the pump before I tried fireing it off , it as never caped off

when i got it so its full of crap , my guess that i dont see

Inever had the engine running longer than a minute ever

thats what i know for now though

If the pump was dirty and uncapped you better pull the injectors and get them checked. You may have pushed dirt right thru them. If you stuck one open, that would explain the raw fuel.
