Geno's Cab Air Filters????

Has anyone tried the cab air filters that Geno's sells for $49??? I have allergies and sometime the dust out west gets me to sneezing something terrible when I turn on the A/C.

So did you get one? What do you think? My TD has a bad habit of picking up bad smells. Stop at a light next to McDonalds and you are smelling fries for the next five miles.
