This may be in the wrong forum, my apologies if it is.
Nothing new to most of you that have dealt with Geno's but I just wanted to convey my most recent experience.
The better half got me a gift certificate through Geno's so I hopped on their website over the weekend to do some shopping for my mistress
. Went to check out and entered the gift certificate number and said the number was invalid. After several failed attempts I gave up and shot Robin an email. This was late Saturday evening and I figured it would be Monday before I heard back from anybody, so you can imagine my surprise when I received a response early Sunday morning. The issue was resolved early Monday morning and my order was placed. This morning my order was sitting on my doorstep! Less than 48 hours from order confirmation to delivery from Georgia to extreme north east Ohio! Now that is impressive.
And for the really cool part, they included a classic in my order. A back issue from winter of 97 (Issue 15). Shoot, my 17 year old truck wasn't even thought of yet. Most of the info is rather dated, but its still really cool going through the old articles and seeing all the now aging 1st and 2nd gens in their glory days, all shined up and ruling the roost. I never thought I'd be so excited to read an 18 year old magazine. Thanks Geno's!
